These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to this cashback promotional offer (“Promotional Offer”) for the retailers, which is sponsored and brought to you by “Prince Food Tech Pvt Ltd” on Shaktibhog brand products and conducted by RewardPort (“Partner agency”) on the different SKUs (together referred to as “Products”) calling out this offer on the package as per the terms and conditions mentioned herein and the package. In terms of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the pack and these terms and conditions, the terms herein mentioned shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

To be entitled to the Offer, the participants need to buy the product/s and enrol themselves in this Promotional program.

The participants have the option to withdraw from the Promotional program at any point of time.

The Promotional Offer is a limited-period offer valid only in India subject to the availability of the scheme Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India only and persons above 18 years of age.

This Promotional Offer entitles the Retailers with cashback credited to a UPI linked account. The value of assured cashback will be Minimum of Rs. 30/- to each user and maximum of Rs. 500/- in the prescribed / decided ratio & few surprise gifts such as Royal Enfield Classic 350, Samsung/Philips/ LG Crystal 4K Vision Pro 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV, Whirlpool 235 L Frost Free Triple-Door Refrigerator, Samsung 1.5 Ton 3 Star Bespoke AI Inverter Smart Split AC, Realme P4 5G Smartphone, Noise ColorFit Smartwatch, JBL Portable Bluetooth Speaker, JBL Go 3 Wireless Portable Bluetooth Mini Speaker are also there which shall be procured by M/s Prince Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. The amount will be credited to the respective Bank Account thru UPI ID as per the details received by the Retailers. Retailers shall be required to read, understand and accept the Cashback voucher(s) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner's end. 

The cashback cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another Gift. Also, it cannot be re-validated after the expiry date.

Retailers can avail cashback rewards “N” no. (infinite time per user/ per UPI ID) of times till the scheme/ stock lasts. It will be accepted and can be processed by Rewardport. This Promotional Offer is not valid for Prince Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. / Shakti Bhog and Rewardport employees, distributors or any other channel partner except retailers.

The Cashback amount will be credited instantly subject to all the details submitted are correct and active

The cashback will not be credited successfully in the following cases,

1. If incorrect UPI ID is submitted,
2. If the beneficiary Bank rejects the transaction due to any reason,
3. Payment Gateway does not accept the UPI ID submitted,
4. UPI ID has been blocked by the banks for any reason,
5. In case the customer does not get the credit of the amount within 2-4 hours, they can write to us at shaktibhog@rewardport.in or contact thru whatsapp by mentioning their voucher no, e mail ID, Mobile No and we will check and revert with the status & it will be done afterwards within 3 days.
6. The customer cannot claim any compensation in case the cashback has been processed by RewardPort but the transaction has failed for any reason

In no event, UPI partners be liable for any abuse or misuse of the cash due to the negligence of the customer. Knowingly / unknowingly

The details of the UPI-linked bank account have to be entered by the Retailers themselves. If the customer enters incorrect details, the Voucher will be assumed to be used and cannot be revised until we get the correct details from the retailers.

Once the customer submits the UPI and other details they cannot be modified.

If the Voucher is lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen, a new Voucher will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner.

Prince Food Tech Pvt. Ltd or Rewardport or UPI partners shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made for the Cash reward. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the Voucher, cash reward and the credentials mentioned on it.

Each Voucher is strictly a one-time usage code.

By participating in the Promotional Offer, the participant agrees to allow Prince Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. / RewardPort to contact the participant for this Promotional offer. Further, the participant agrees that the data received during the Promotional Offer by RewardPort may be used to share with Prince Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. for any further analysis / promotion or marketing communications. The participating retailers may, at the request of Prince Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. participates in all promotional activity (Such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to Prince Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating customers agree and consent to Prince Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, Out of Home Media point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.

The decision of Prince Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. or its Partner Agency, as regards the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.

No queries, claims, disputes, complaints or grievances about the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Prince Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. and its Partner Agency beyond the closure of the Promotional Offer date i.e 31.12.2026.

The cashback cannot be exchanged and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash/discount or equivalent.

The use of UPI Partners name in these terms and conditions is only to explain the terms and conditions hereof and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of UPI Partner in this offer. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between Rewardport and UPI Partner, except that both entities have a principal-to-principal relationship.

This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any dispute, the Courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction. All issues with regards to the CashBack will be handled by Rewardport and Rewardport will be solely responsible to settle the same subject to all the details submitted by the customer / retailers are correct and there is no issue related to that UPI from the Bank of Payment Gateway. However, Rewardport shall not be responsible if any unauthorised person tries to claim the cash back which they are not eligible for.
